Getting Started

Adding options takes seconds and requires no setup.

1. Type a choice into the "Enter an option" box.
2. Press Enter or click Add Option.
3. Repeat until you have at least two options.
4. Click SPIN in the center of the wheel — or press the spacebar.

Customizing Your Wheel

Make each wheel your own with colors, labels, and order.

1. Click the color dot next to an option to pick a new color.
2. Click the label text to edit it inline.
3. Drag the handle to reorder options.
4. Toggle "Show slice labels" to hide or show text on the wheel.

Using Weighted Probability

Give some options a higher chance of winning.

1. Set the weight number next to any option.
2. A weight of 2 is twice as likely as a weight of 1.
3. Spin the Wheel normalizes all weights to 100% automatically.

Saving & Loading Wheels

Your wheels are saved automatically.

1. Every change is stored in your browser's local storage.
2. Reopen Spin the Wheel and your last wheel is right where you left it.
3. Use "Remove all options" to start fresh.

Sharing Your Wheel

Bring others in on the fun.

1. Copy the page link to share your setup.
2. Export options as text to send to a teammate.
3. Load a template to share a common starting point.

Using Templates

Skip setup with ready-made wheels.

1. Open the Templates page.
2. Filter by category to find the right wheel.
3. Click "Use Template" to load it into the selector instantly.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Quick fixes for common questions.

1. No sound? Check the mute toggle near the wheel and your device volume.
2. Wheel not spinning? Make sure you have at least two options.
3. Data missing? Local storage may be cleared in private browsing mode.
